The videos are backed up on multiple hard drives and stored so that if you ever need them at a later date they can be delivered to you or can be permanently deleted at your request.

Business Law Video Productions starts making the video that you want the moments you contact me for a video production consultation. After you explain the parameters of the video that you want and along with the date, time and location, I then immediately make all video equipment ready and then meet with you usually about an hour or so before the video recording starts. Most often the video recording will be shot in your conference room, but sometimes they are done at different locations which I will easily accommodate. When your client arrives at the video recording setup room we will be ready and including proper seating for the client and attorneys. A few simple instructions will be included before the document video starts recording. While the cameras are recording I believe in a relaxed environment without any interference from myself and allow the attorneys to take control. After the video has been recorded, I afterward personally, do every video editing, including adding in an introduction and ending showing all the information that you the attorney decides on. After that I immediately and securely email the video to you, or if you would like for added security to send it to you to your attention on a USB flash drive.
